1. KEY DATES & ELIGIBILITY

  • Offer: Purchase any full-priced Wildboar bike rack and receive a free Heavy Duty Bike Lock (Valued at $119 RRP).
  • Period: Commences 12:01 AM AEDT, Mon, 24 Nov 2025 and concludes 11:59 PM AEDT, Mon, 1 Dec 2025.
  • Availability: Strictly while stocks last. We reserve the right to remove the offer if stock is exhausted.
  • Claim: You must enter the code "Lock" at checkout to apply the promotion.

2. EXCLUSIONS & SUBSTITUTION

  • Limited: One (1) free Gift per transaction.
  • Exclusions: Not valid with any other discount codes, bundle deals, or promotions.
  • Alternative Gift: The free Bike Lock can be exchanged for a Weather Storage Cover of equivalent value. To request the Cover, you must contact Wildboar Customer Service immediately after placing your order and before dispatch.
  • Cash Value: The Gift is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. RETURNS POLICY (GIFT WITH PURCHASE)

  • Return Requirement: If you return the purchased bike rack for a refund (change of mind), the free Gift (Lock or Cover) must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Deduction: If the Gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the Gift ($119.00) from your refund amount.
  • Faulty Goods: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or defective products are not affected by this clause.

4. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  • The free Gift retains the same statutory warranties as a purchased product.

5. SHIPPING

  • The free Gift will ship to the same address as the bike rack.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over the standard threshold (e.g., over $150, excluding the value of the free gift).
