Overview
Wild Boar Bike Racks fulfils all orders through our third-party logistics (3PL) partner — CRL EXPRESS. Orders are dispatched from Torquay, VIC.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.
Rural and Remote Deliveries
Deliveries to rural, remote, or hard-to-access areas may take longer and may incur additional freight charges. We will contact you if a surcharge applies to your order before dispatch.
Some very remote locations may not be serviceable by our standard carriers. In this case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. Free shipping may be available on orders over $600 AUD.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and item before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wildboarbikeracks.com.au
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Replacement or refund will be offered where the carrier confirms loss.
We are not responsible for parcels that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
